Artificial flowers, LED décor items, or decorative products that are not defective
Promotional, discounted, or clearance items
Orders placed during special event or peak demand periods (unless defective or incorrect)
4. Delivery Fees & Charges
All product prices exclude delivery charges
Each delivery order incurs an additional fixed delivery fee of SGD $20
Delivery fees are non-refundable under all circumstances, including approved refunds or cancellations
Delivery fees represent actual logistical and operational costs incurred by the company.
5. Special Event & Peak Period Pricing
Prices may be adjusted during periods of high demand, including but not limited to:
Valentine’s Day
Mother’s Day
Father’s Day
Festive seasons or promotional events
Price increases during these periods reflect increased demand, labour, and logistics costs.
All orders placed during special event periods are final, except where the product is defective or incorrect.
6. Inspection & Reporting Timeframe
Customers are required to inspect their items immediately upon delivery.
Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.
Claims submitted after this timeframe may not be accepted.
This requirement helps ensure fair assessment and prevents misuse.

Delivery fees, service charges, and event surcharges are not refundable
